A great night out, was how the evening was described by many members and friends as they filed out of the Limavady Arts and Cultural Centre. It had started with a little shopping at the stalls, a delicious meal and a chance for members to chat and catch up with friends and fellow members.
Following the meal, guest speaker Deidre Chestnut, a personal stylist/shopper and magazine columnist introduced herself, telling members her personal journey in life, to finding fulfillment in her love and faith in God.
To the attentive ears of all present, Deidre continued her talk informing the ladies of the different female body shapes, suggesting styles of clothes for each shape and giving tips on underwear, skirts, dresses, blouses, trousers and shoes.
The evening concluded with a wonderful fashion show, with Mothers’ Union members as models wearing clothes and accessories from Lovelylooks Limavady. They all looked a million dollars! Many thanks to Jennifer and Anita for organising this very successful event.
